Agent Strategy, in action
This page shows sample activity only — never real users' data. Start with Agent Strategy: a homeowner posts a pre-listing showcase, local agent experts evaluate the asking price and present their strategy for selling the home, and both sides evaluate each other. Below that are the sample listings, mutual matches and daisy chains behind the platform. You can also bring your own real estate agent in at any point, or connect with one of ours for hands-on help through the process.
Agent Strategy
A pre-listing is a showcase of a home before it's listed. Local agent experts evaluate the asking price — too high, about right, or too low — and present their strategy for selling it: fee, included services and timeline. It's a mutual evaluation: the homeowner weighs each agent's strategy and track record, the agents assess the home and its price, and both sides review each other when the work is done. A homeowner can also open a matched trade to agents, or simply keep working with an agent they already know.
Everything in this section is an illustrative walkthrough with fictional agents. It is not pulled from real accounts. In the live marketplace, agents are reviewed by an admin based on what they report about themselves, license numbers are not independently verified with any state board, and no payment runs through Amico Haus.
Meet the agents
Homeowners can search the agent directory and narrow it down. Try the filters below.

When two homeowners match
Either trade partner can open a matched swap to agents, to get help coordinating the closing on both sides.
