Agent Strategy · a pre-listing showcase
Local agent experts weigh in on your home's price — before you list.
Post a pre-listing showcase of your home. Local agents evaluate your asking price — too high, about right, or too low — and lay out their strategy for selling it: their fee, what's included, and how fast they can start. It's a mutual evaluation: you weigh each strategy and track record, and they earn the listing on the strength of theirs.

How Agent Strategy works
A pre-listing is a showcase of your home before it's on the market. It's how local agent experts evaluate your price and show you their strategy — and how you evaluate them.
- 1Post a pre-listing showcase
Basic details, photos, your asking price and any preferences — a local specialist, a language, a minimum experience level. Your street address stays private.
- 2Local agent experts evaluate the price
Approved agents weigh in on whether your asking price looks too high, too low, or about right — so you hear it from people who know the market before you list.
- 3Agents share their strategy
Each proposes a fee, what's included and how fast they can start. Compare ratings, response times, win rates and packages side by side — or invite an agent you already know.
- 4Choose, then review each other
Accept the strategy that fits. A shared checklist tracks the work, and afterward both sides review each other, so the evaluation goes both ways.
For homeowners
- Hear it before you list: agents weigh in on whether your asking price looks too high, too low, or about right.
- Compare each agent's strategy — fee, included services and turnaround — side by side.
- Ask for what matters: a local specialist, a language, years of experience.
- Already know an agent? Invite them straight to your pre-listing.
For agents
- Apply to be vetted — an admin reviews what you report about your license and brokerage.
- See homes before they hit the market, and say what you'd do differently.
- Build a profile with service packages, case studies, a video introduction and your service area.
- Win listings on your strategy and track record, and earn reviews from every client.
Agents are reviewed by an admin based on what they report about themselves. Amico Haus does not independently verify license numbers with any state licensing board — always confirm an agent's license yourself before engaging them. An agent's view of your price is an opinion, not an appraisal.

Prefer to trade than sell?
Amico Haus also lets homeowners trade homes instead of listing them. Post what you have and what would make you move, and we'll find mutual matches — including daisy chains where three or more homeowners each get what they want. Either partner in a match can bring agents in to help coordinate the closing.
